This wedding was very special to me. I've been close friends with Kelly for over 10 years, so I was honoured (and a little terrified) when she asked me to be both a bridesmaid and the photographer! Luckily I had the wonderful Chrystal Ding to second shoot. Brace yourself for a stunner of a day. The bride and her bridesmaids got ready at the very unique Malmaison - a boutique hotel that used to be a prison. Still in awe at her Jenny Packham dress and Christian Louboutin heels.
The father of the bride's first look at his daughter was one of my favourite moments of the day. The best reaction ever!
The ceremony took place at the epic Bodleian Library.
We then took a stroll around Oxford - I adore the architecture and beautiful old streets.
The reception was hosted by the gorgeous Folly riverside restaurant, where the guests were treated to a boat ride! I loved the little details - like how each table was named after a place in Iceland, and the personalised sake cups as wedding favours.
When one is on a boat, naturally one must blast I'm On A Boat and sing along. So they did.
The wedding favours were personalised sake cups, which Kelly and Ed used to "gan bei" with their guests on the terrace. The Chinese wine is about 70% alcohol - hence the amusing faces!
The couple's first dance was to The Lovecats by The Cure - what a tune!
